DESCRIPTION:Updated SBA Schedule and Paper Printing Assistance. Updated Fir
 st Term SBA Date Sheet and Paper Printing Details.\n\n 	PEC shall ensure t
 hat the results of the School Based Assessment (SBA) are uploaded on the S
 chool Information System (SIS).\n 	Paper printing charges shall be incurre
 d from the existing PEC budget and schools shall not utilize current NSB f
 or this purpose.\n 	PEC shall share the database statistics\, including th
 e schools/teachers who generated the papers and the Student Learning Outco
 mes (SLO) or subject-wise outcomes of the assessment.\n 	To ensure transpa
 rency\, the PEC shall not constitute any monitoring team/committee for fie
 ld monitoring. Instead\, the PEC shall establish an internal cell to colle
 ct and address queries related to system glitches and shall refer cases of
  administrative nature to SED.\n 	SED shall constitute the Monitoring Team
 s and monitoring cost shall be incurred from the existing PEC budget as pe
 r PEC rules.\n 	PEC shall submit comprehensive annual plan and seek prior 
 approval from this Department before initiating any activity related to th
 e subject matter.\n 	PEC shall observe following schedule regarding each t
 erm of School Based Assessment\n
