Widowed, Divorced, Wedlock, and Marriage Category
- Applicants in the widowed, divorced, wedlock, and marriage categories can also select options for medical and disability, if applicable.
- Tie-breaking criteria for applications with the same merit: a. Preference based on gender, with females receiving priority. b. Age-wise seniority based on CNIC data, giving priority to an earlier date of birth.
Subject to Availability and Need
- All e-Transfers, including those for divorced, widowed, wedlock, marriage, disability, medical, and others, are subject to the availability of sanctioned posts and assessed need by the system.
Transfer for Disabled Teacher/Educator
- If the child or spouse of a Teacher/Educator is disabled, transfer may be allowed upon providing a Disability Certificate issued by the Disability Assessment Board duly notified by the Provincial Council for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PCRDP).
Transfer for Government Servant Spouses
- If both spouses are Government Servants, one of them may apply for transfer on the basis of wedlock.
- If one spouse is already working in another District, the second spouse may only apply in that district where the first spouse is rendering their services.
One-Time Dispensation for Married Female Teachers
- As a one-time dispensation, married female regular/contractual Teachers shall be allowed to apply for e-Transfer.
- In case of re-marriage, this dispensation shall also be permitted.
